When my husband and I started looking for a home to purchase back in June we were working with a realtor that simply was not making the cut. We kept finding ourselves frustrated and wanting to give up, buying a home should be an exciting experience and that was not how we were seeing it. Shortly after we decided to stop working with that particular realtor a friend told us about Haris, as he said it "this guy is a shark!" We needed a shark! A go-getter, someone who would go that extra mile to get the job done!
Upon my first meeting with Haris I felt very comfortable, we discussed what my husband and I were looking for. He started sending me prospect homes a few days later. We knew what we wanted, (and what we didn't... that list was rather long) we were working with a pretty low price range so I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for Haris to try to find something that met our needs and that we could afford..
After a turn of events our price range got even lower. I automatically thought "well that's that, Haris really won't wanna work with us now" I told him it was a pleasure meeting him and thanked him for his time. A day later we got more homes in our new price range. This guy really is a SHARK! He was not going to give up and I appreciated that more than he probably could know. It wasn't too long before we looked at a house that met our needs, we had to look at it several times before we decided 'this is the one'. each time Haris was happy to meet us there and show us... again. Haris helped us put our offer in, the waiting was excruciating!!! I probably bugged him10 times in that 3 day period. His sense of humor and easy going personality made us feel a little more comfortable. But it was his confidence in his ability to close the deal that really reassured us. Low and behold we got the home! We were so excited! We were finally going to have a home of our own, much larger than what we were in before, with a fenced backyard that my kids could play in, and run around without worry! This was a new start for us!
Haris made the paperwork very simple for us. I asked a lot of questions about what things meant, he never once got irritated with all my questions he answered them and made sure I understood what we were signing. I could not believe how easy the entire process felt. Completely different from what we had experienced before. He would even meet me at my work to pick up papers on days when I was in a hurry (coffee in hand for me, God bless that man!)
Through the whole process I felt Haris was an amazing realtor, but more importantly he was a good person, with a good heart and good intentions. I quickly felt as though he was a friend.
The night we got the keys he even ordered us pizza's after he had left, knowing that dinner was probably not planned in all the excitement. He has come over to see the process we have made on our new home since then. I would never have thought a realtor would go out of their way to still be interested even after the sale was done.
Haris cares. Simply put. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking to buy or sell a house.

You did a super job! In this slow market, you sold my house in just 3 short months. Throughout the process, you kept me informed at every step of the way. When showing the house ( and there were many showings), you gave me as much advance notice as possible, enabling me to get it to "show quality" standard in time for every showing. The low-dollar-cost tips you provided, i.e., painting one of the bathrooms a neutral color, removing all clutter, enhanced the overall appeal of the house. The gallery of photos and the photo tour was the best I've ever come across. The photography was top-notch, there were lot's of photos, and the tour was very professional and well done. Thank you again for your efforts and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a GREAT realtor.
